Hi everyone!

We’re looking to improve our event every year, and many of our improvement ideas come from you. We heard you guys last year and we implemented the following improvements:

  1. We expanded our programming around the whole venue including the grass area so people do not crowd around the food area. For example, we took the CCYAA Sports Zone, NBA 3X, Paint-A-Thon, Outdoor Movie Theater and Food Truck Eats away from the food booths!
  2. In terms of layout, we took out 20 booths and increased the size of the eating area. We also increased the width of each aisle for more room to walk.
  3. To keep our event crystal clean, we hired a waste management company to handle garbage this year (as opposed to having the garbage self managed for the past 10 years)!
  4. Finally, we stretched out the originally 2-day event to 3 days to avoid overcrowding.
